My boy and me stopped by here at the Veterans event today. We got the crabby patty sandwiche. It was so delicious! Made hot and fresh to order. Got a side of bacon cheese fries. I was at the saturday market today, and was feeding my kids next to their food cart and I overheard someone order beignets and I interrupted their transaction( which I am sorry for)and said I have lived here for almost 10 years and have never seen any place sell beignets. The owners gave me some for free and I am ... still very appreciative. They even gave a couple a bottle of free water for their dog. I don't see this often and it made my day. The beignets were AMAZING, crunchy on the outside but soft on the inside. If the owners read this. Again I am so thankful for your beignet treat. Food truck came to my work. Made a Philly by definition, meat, peppers, the works. If you order the caribou Philly, it's the definition Philly over a caribou dog. Was not bad if you ask me, and well done for him working on his own in that little trailer. Good job, keep it up!
